Tewkesbury Park's Executive Chef Anuj Thakur has worked all over the world, from India to the USA, but has finally found home in the beautiful Cotswolds. His philosophy regarding his cooking is simple: prepare, plan and enjoy. Add to that the finest local, seasonal ingredients and some spice and seasoning influences from his global travels, and you have a winning combination. Planning the food in Mint, Tewkesbury Park's new destination restaurant, is not an easy feat as the menu changes eight times a year to ensure only the finest, freshest and most seasonal ingredients make it on to your plate.
