As the travel industry gears up for another bumper Summer season, the destinations of the moment are Scotland and Ireland - and that's no surprise when you realise how cheap and easy it is to fly there.
Fast-growing Irish airline Aer Arann has this week launched three new services between the Emerald Isle and the UK to add to an impressive list of flights from Ireland into London, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Manchester and Cardiff, to name just a few, as well as between more than 10 destinations in Ireland. Not to be outdone, Irish budget airline pioneer Ryanair flies into six destinations in Ireland and four in Scotland. And what about flights from North America, you ask. Well it couldn't be easier with Continental, which flies from Newark to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dublin and Belfast.
Finally, we are offering you a chance to win six nights in Ireland, thanks to our friends at the Emerald Triangle hotels. Simply read our Emerald Triangle newsletter and enter, if you haven't already. Winner will be announced on 16th June.
