English Summer in an English Village
Dear %UPDT%
With the Lions ignominiously defeated down under, English tennis hopes dashed yet again in the first few days at Wimbledon (at least a Scot made it past the first Tuesday!), England squaring up to face the old enemy for the Ashes and the football season not quite yet in full swing, it’s surely time to turn our thoughts to lazy afternoons, warm beer and cricket on "ye olde village green" In other words a typical English summer (or at least the one we present to our friends and visitors from around the globe). And if you are up for the sound of willow on leather, cream teas and a glass of bubbly before dinner why not spend a very civilised few days at one of the fabulous places to stay featured here in Best Loved’s collection of Village Hotels.
Kind regards
Jeffrey Epstein
